Is he over grooming? Licking the same area over too much? He has no thin or balding spots in his fur. He is a year old, teeth and gums look healthy. Good diet.

Not sure whether it's normal or not, but I've noticed at times my babies will be quite wet from grooming too. Not every time, but I have noticed it.
